Delivery & Refund Policy

RETURN/ REFUND POLICY:
Customers dissatisified with goods will receive a full refund, subject to the following criteria:

  • 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
    If for any reason you are unhappy with BodyGuardz, contact us within 30 days and we will refund your purchase.

  • Damaged goods are returned immediately after you receive them.
  • You have paid the postage for returning goods. If you choose not to return goods via Registered post, scratchproofcovers.com.au takes no responsibility for any loss.
  • Replacement goods will be sent to you free of packing and postage charges.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a printed copy of the order confirmation email that we sent you. Your refund or replacement will be sent to the delivery address of your original order.
